Veterans Connect
Veterans Connect supports older veterans in Northern Virginia by helping them remain independent at home through reliable transportation and community connection. In partnership with NV Rides and local nonprofits, we recruit volunteer drivers, both veterans and community members, who use their own vehicles to provide safe, dependable rides.
Whether traveling to medical appointments, grocery stores, or community services, these trips are more than just a ride. They create opportunities for conversation, reduce isolation, and help veterans stay connected to the people and resources they rely on.
We proudly collaborate with organizations such as Volunteer Prince William's V.E.T.S. program, Loudoun Volunteer Caregivers, the Shepherd's Center Fairfax Burke/South County, and Cook for Vets to ensure no veteran is left without support.
“This transportation has been a godsend. I’m a disabled vet who is also blind. I don’t have anyone to ask for rides to my medical appointments including dialysis that I need 3x a week so thank you so much for this service. It’s been a blessing and means more than you can imagine!”

Neighbors Connect
Neighbors Connect helps older adults remain active and independent by connecting them with caring volunteer drivers throughout Northern Virginia. Working in partnership with NV Rides and local transportation providers, we recruit bilingual volunteer drivers who use their own vehicles to provide safe, reliable transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, social activities, and other essential destinations. Beyond transportation, the program fosters meaningful connections that strengthen communities and reduce social isolation.
We proudly partner with organizations such as Loudoun Volunteer Caregivers (LVC) and Shepherd's Center Fairfax-Burke (SCFB) to connect older adults with transportation resources that help them continue living independently.
